MIL-DTL-5015 Series Connectors
Jetronics India manufactures the Circular Connectors equivalent to the MIL-DTL-5015 specification, US Military Standard as well as the Indian Defence specification, JSS 50812.
These are mainly used in places wherein maintaining a steady connection is of utmost importance. Formerly known as MIL – C – 5015 connectors, these were predominantly used in military and aerospace applications. However, now these connectors are commonly used in varied industries such as infrastructure, railways, defense, heavy machinery, medical, telecommunications, agriculture to name a few.
These military connectors are known for their supreme reliability, high power carrying capacity, their inherent ruggedness and capacity to withstand extreme environmental conditions.
Jetronics India manufactures these connectors in Threaded as well as Reverse Bayonet coupling styles along with a wide range of shell styles from 10SL to 40, accessory option and contact layouts that allow the carrying of current up to 150 amps. The standard MIL – DTL – 5015 insert arrangements permit mixing of power and signal contacts.
Connector Features

- High Current Carrying Capacity – The MIL – DTL – 5015 connectors can carry up to 150 amps and 3 KV depending upon the connector size and layout.
- Resilient Insulator & Grommet – Insulators and grommets are made in polychloroprene making them resilient to varying environmental conditions. Even Fire Retardant and Halogen free grades are available.
- Wide Varieties of Contacts – High reliability machined contacts with silver or gold plating options are available from size 16 to 0 to accommodate wire gauges from 16 to 0 AWG.
- Multi Contacts Available – Different insert layouts allow multi pin permit multi-pin arrangements up to 52 pins.
